Britton’s class hosted a Mother’s Day Tea this morning.
With the help of the children, the teachers had a beautiful long table set, complete with a linen tablecloth, fine china for the mothers, plastic teacup for the children, cut out finger sandwiches, bananas, juice, and cookies. Wow!
Then each mother was presented with a handmade book about how much they love us. It included a picture inside of Britton signing ‘I love you’.
After our tea, we gathered in a circle and sand ‘I’m a little teapot, short and stout…’
Britton got to stay for lunch bunch today, now I am off to take Kenley to the cardiologist’s office for her check.
