We have had some serious attitude problems with one of our daughters this weekend. It was bad choice after bad choice for her.
Back talk, poor manners, whining, disobedience.
She sees the glass as half empty and is quick to point out the negative of any given situation. I am constantly trying to remind her of the good around her, the benefits of today, and the blessings that she has.
Franky, the constant cheerleading is exhausting. Are people just born happy? And some born as grumblers? I would like to think that given enough reminders- anyone can look within and realize how good they have it.
My prayer tonight for my little grumbler, is that she sees the good surronding her and make wise choices to focus on what she has, not what she has not.
