Yesterday and Today

I msis the days of snack time, playing with Barbies, wearing my PJ’s all morning, watching Little House on the Prarie and that pretty much being the extent of my day.

Now it’s packing lunches, driving carpool, putting away toys, helping with homework, clipping coupons (new task- thanks to TLC Extreme Couponing that Mr. Robinson and Britton LOVE) and folding laundry.

Things are exactly the same as when I was young (above), yet totally different (below).
Now, teachers put homework assignments online, kids have blackberries, have websites bookmarked, and ask for a “Tweeter” account in second grade. And no, she didn’t get one.

What will it be like in another 25 years?
