Christmas-y

We are savoring these last couple days leading up to Christmas….  We attended the Nutcracker ballet, opened many Christmas cards, lit the Advent candle at church,  welcomed “Lou” the Elf in her new location each morning, partied, and wrapped lots of gifts. All that is left is a not-so-quick trip to Publix and a mother-daughter ornament exchange party this morning with the middle child.  I just love this time of year.

HomeGoods has the best wrapping paper. Red ribbon indicates it’s a gift for someone else (other than kiddos).

The FedEx man and Raynes are on a first name basis.

See, I wasn’t lying about the half strung lights in the front yard.

Britton’s 5th grade class made geo houses from scratch. Britton was proud that she made her entire house symmetrical.  Then she ate it at random the following day.

His and hers engagement photos.  ‘Tis the season for duck hunting in the south.

You may kiss the bride.

Merrill Lynch Christmas Party….

Not a Santa fan… And this was one of the better photos.
