T’was the night after Christmas and all through the house
Not a child was stirring, hopefully that includes the mouse
The empty stockings rehung by the chimney with care
In hopes that St. Nicholas will send his cleaning crew here
We spent Christmas Eve at the candle light family service at church followed by dinner and gifts with Nana and Gan at their house. The girls were tickled pink to get to open gifts on Christmas Eve and I was thrilled that Raynes went to sleep while we enjoyed Gan’s slow-cooked rib dinner and opened gifts.
Mike loves his latest birthday present, the Go Pro camera. Finally, we can resume recordings.
Ouch, a no make up kind of Christmas morning. I’m taking one for the team here.
A girl after my own heart she gets excited over high thread count sheets. I’m just happy she could join us this year.
After we celebrate Christmas at home with our children Mike and I headed to my parent’s house. Santa leaves Florida Lotto tickets in the stockings… scratching off lottery tickets Christmas morning, we’re classy like that.
I’m pretty sure Mom and Dale have the largest tree I’ve ever seen.
Rut row, we have a driver in the house.
Kenley has yet to realize that she weighs 68 pounds and still climbs atop Pop’s lap to read to him.
How cute is she? Seriously….
This handsome man went above and beyond this Christmas.
Nana scored big with a large book about, you guessed it, tractors! This little guy is in heaven.
A tradition that begun last year, family BINGO. So much fun, especially when I won the $46 pot!
Even the little people got into it. Avery won $16 as well- bingo!
Now I can feel January in the air- cold, wet and wintery. I am not complaining though, I am enjoying the chilly weather and the excuse to stay inside drinking coffee twice a day.
