I was runn-ing

In the words of the lovable character, Forrest Gump, I was runn-ing.

Well, technically my child was running. But still… Yesterday afternoon, in the heat and breeze, the middle school XC teams ran around the rolling hills for one of few remaining meets of the season.

Cross Country season is winding down and the soccer season is just gearing up- shin guards on order and calendars packed full.  Kids sporting events are ever active these days. Who would’ve known?

Such a beautiful course and fantastic activity for adolescent girls to be involved in.  With body issues glaringly pointed out by the media these days, there’s nothing better for your mind (and body) then a good ol’ run.  You can run anywhere, anytime.  No gear, field, teammates required. A lifelong sport.

On tap for the weekend: yard work, birthday party planning and laundry.  Exciting, I know.

Keep these toned prices off your own pledge join sheets.
The amount of people that are environmentally conscious these days
is quite staggering so letting them wash their car in a way that makes them feel good is a win-win situation for
everyone. Simply do a Google search for “cookbook publishers”

It is very easy to understand, when your car is extensively used, more power is required.
In all-around 1994, Troy Reed claimed to have a fuelless, pollution-free of charge engine
with approximately 7 kilowatts of output, impressive
sufficient to run a home or a automobile.
