I had almost forgotten the simplicity of the weekend. Almost.
This blog, like my kitchen, has been somewhat neglected. I’m trying to make a comeback. Really, I am. This working full time, and being a mom and wife business is no joke! Dim the lights.
Loving these water colors on the Stubbs & Wooton site.
While I have a super easy and delicious cornbread recipe (and it starts with a box!) this Fresh Corn Cornbread looks like it may be on the more natural side.
My heart is happy when Trader Joe’s has their pumpkin bread on the shelves once again. Mums, Halloween decorating and pumpkin butter got me so excited I even pulled down my sweaters from the top shelf in my closet. Fingers crossed I’ll need them in the next two months (a girl can hope).
For the first time, since Raynes was born, we are having professional photos made. Which is great, but now I have to pick out coordinating, but not matching, family outfits, get my hair colored and pray that my not-mentioning-any-names children won’t be a matted sweaty mess when I pick them up from school on Tuesday afternoon. Other than that, it’ll be a piece of cake!
A new all time low this week when I fed my kids dinner at Target. Don’t judge.
