Snapper for Supper
The weather report called for 1-2′ seas making the opening day of snapper season optimal for taking the kids out on the boat. But, as weather is unpredictable, the winds picked up in the afternoon and it turned out to be 4′ seas with our family of five offshore ten miles. Thankfully, if we have done nothing else, we have raised our crew with sea legs and they surprisingly did not complain
much. We caught our limit within an hour thanks to Captain Robinson. The Rock Bass decided they were hungry as well so we kept a few of them too. With the assistance of Net Boy, of course.
